Rotary Mission Beach run the local markets in two locations throughout the year. Next market 21st February from 7am in Mission Beach.
Local markets are held at several locations in Mission Beach, throughout the year. There are Beach Markets and the Monster Markets. The Mission Beach Markets are held on the beachfront under the shade of the tropical canopy. The Monster Markets are held at MARCS Park, a tremendous location on a grassed sports field with a large uncover area and on the same site as Mission Arts.
North Mission Beach Market is held on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month of the year. Official trading hours for this market is from 7.30am to 12 noon.
Mission Beach Monster Market is held on the last Sunday of every month from April through to November. Official trading hours for this market is from 7.30am to 12.30pm.
Locals and visitors enjoy the tropical beachfront location and atmosphere of the very popular village markets. Annual travellers set up their market stalls to sell their wares as they travel Queensland escaping the winter months in the south.
With a huge variety of stalls offering everything from art and craft, to handmade jewellery, smoothies, hats, unique handmade clothing for babies up to adults, plants, second-hand goods, fresh local fruit and vegetables and delicious freshly prepared food and snacks, the atmosphere of the markets attract locals to mingle with tourists from all over the world.

NB. If Easter Sunday does not fall on the last Sunday of that month then the following Monster Market will be on the last Sunday of the following month.
